About Us

I understand the importance and obligation that goes into designing a house. There is a very good chance that is one of the largest investments the client will make in their lives.

However what is infinitely more important to me as Home Floor Plan designer is designing their homes according to their needs. No one says 'I can't wait to go house.'

Home, however. That's where memories are made. Holidays, firsts, joy, sadness, moments, life. And that's special.

This may be rude, but those who don't appreciate the honor and priveledge that comes with that, don't deserve to have such trust.

Mr. Maxson has designed roughly 150 projects for me and I am delighted in the fact that my custom homes sell quickly, in fact most sale before completion due to the flow, thought to function, but what draws clients is that Q Home Designs put forth a design in which the home appears larger and of higher cost than they actually sold for. Rob and his staff have a way of taking a 3200 sq foot home and making it appear through design as if it was 4000 sq foot .
